The London Traders’ Network Drinks July Summer social: 15th July

Just a reminder for those of you in the London area that tomorrow evening is the London Traders’ Network July Summer Social event.

For those of you who’ve never heard of the London Traders Network it’s simply a social network for people to be able to get out from behind their screens and have a drink and a chat with like-minded souls. I started it 6 years ago because when I first started trading for myself 12 years ago there was no-where to really go to socialise with other traders.

The event is purely social. It doesn’t matter whether you have two weeks or two decades worth of experience. The sole aim is to allow people with a love of trading, investing and financial markets a chance to socialise and share some war-stories. All are welcome regardless of whether you’re retail, prop or institutional in the way you engage with markets.

I run the site through meet-up, so follow the link, join up and you’ll get reminders of the events. I do 6 a year: Jan, Mar, May, Jul, Sep & Nov. They’re free and a great way to indulge in some guilt-free geeky trader chat!
