It’s been a while since I wrote about trading. My apologies but I’ve been busy reviewing 2010 and planning 2011 to make it a fantastic year. More of that later.
I opened no new positions in the last 2 weeks of the year. So I sat down on Sunday evening to plan position trades and take a few overnight swing trades.
In the end I took overnight swing trades on EURUSD, AUSUSD and GBPUSD. As you can see I was heavy the USD however I was cool with my trades and my plan. All of which ran nicely making me 1% profit on each trade. It’s nice to start the week with 3% banked and now having my time freed up to work on my other projects.
I also have orders for my position trades set for the week ahead. In particular I’m interested in GBPUSD and NZDUSD on a longer term set-up. The orders are set and I will just watch and monitor. Maybe they’ll trigger maybe they won’t. I’ll add some charts when I get them set-up on my new laptop.
Until then have a great start to the New Year and I hope this interesting week brings you all a few cheeky pips.
